When can I expect my package?

We print all orders on demand. Generally, orders are delivered in Denmark within 5-7 business days. Expect a little longer delivery time outside Denmark. Please contact us for your order details. 

Can I track my order?

When your package is with the carrier, we will send you an email with your tracking number and details.

I need to change my order

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@geograpics.dk and we will do our best to help you. Please provide us with your order number and what you want to change.

My order has arrived with damages - what should I do?

If reveice your order with damages, send us an email at info@geograpics.dk with a photo of the damaged item and packaging and your order number. Let us know if you wish a refund or replacement.
